A decent, affordable G1esque Ultra Magnus (the Titanium version apparently had quite a few problems with parts not pinning together properly.)

An Arcee that transforms into a car.

A reasonably-scaled G1 Megatron that looks like G1 Megatron in robot mode. He doesn't have to transform into a gun, but it would be nice to have a figure that actually fit the character. Animated Megatron is pretty close to what I have in mind, but he's too big, expensive, and as an Animated figure he doesn't quite fit with the Classics style.
