MP Skywarp: Worth the Wait?
I heard alot of talk about MP Skywarp not being in stores for long, So i talked my mom into buying him and then give to me on my birthday which is a month from now.He looks like an AWESOME figure and makes me look forward to my birthday even more.So my question is, is he worth the wait? How good is he as a figure?

I have the Takara version and think the MP Seekers are amazing. I'm definately a bot mode kind of guy but ya, their jet mode may be the most impressive of any alt mode EVER.

I also have the Takara version, though the only differences are some paint apps and the alternate face. I have yet to see the Hasbro one in person, so I will wait till I see it in stores before I cave in.
But regardless, any of the MP Seekers are amazing figures, and to me, worth every penny.

Yeah, he's a great figure. I just opened mine and I think he's pretty good. Now, is he perfect? No. There are some kibble issues with his hips that restrict some of the posability, but the stand helps alot because you can pose him without worrying about balancing the figure. Here are a couple of youtube revies of the figure. The first one is done by a guy who modded the figure so it no longer has kibble and posability issues. The second one is review on the unmodded figure. I so want to do the mod because it makes the figure perfect. But over all, it's a really cool figure.

I personally prefer the Hasrbo version. I have to say he looks really good and much more G1 accurate. But either Takara or Hasbro......MP Skywarp is a great TF to have.

IMO, what'd be worth the wait is saving your b-day money and eventually ordering the takara version. I was dead set on buying this version even though i already have takara's but after seeing it in person, doubt i ever will. I expect some argument on this one but that's just my thoughts.

if you have any version of MP prime you can use the little Megatron gun and attach it to Skywarp or any MP seeker in jetmode
