Re: EMS question
I have had things from China and Japan ship out the same time as parcels from the USA and the overseas stuff got here first by a week or more!

Re: EMS question
EMS is fairly quick. From there to Alberta, I've gotten stuff in about a week or so. To get out further East where the OP is, I'd say the 20 day time frame they estimated for you sounds about right when you factor in the the lag from the holidays.

Re: EMS question
I had one package from China to Vancouver arriving in less than a week via EMS. Sometimes the delay is at the Canada Customs, they take closer look at packages from China lot more than some other countries. You won't see any tracking update from Canadian side until it clears Customs

Re: EMS question
I order from TF-Direct a lot my last order MP10V took only 6 days to get. You should have your item within 15 days not including holidays. I have never been hit with custom charges from them yet.

Re: EMS question
I've used EMS coming from Japan and China. Depending on costs and custom declaration of the item(s), you may be charged taxes + $10 fee. They usually arrive within the week.
Customs will not break package and usually use the information on the commercial invoice for taxes. Only time they may break it is if they suspect items declared on the commercial invoice is inaccurate or doing a surprise check. Which is not often.

Re: EMS question
Do cargo planes that come from China, make multiple stops? Cause it doesn't take 6 days from China to Canada.

Re: EMS question
probably cargo doesn't neccessarily make the 1st flight and sits in a warehouse. i think for your classics MP10v is a great pick

Re: EMS question
A month later, and still nothing, I know I ordered it during Holiday busy season, but the Holidays are over 2 weeks ago. EMS still says the same thing "IN TRANSIT" " Product left originating country on the 20th and is enroute to Canada".
