Some months ago, two superhero franchises were about to square off in federal court over the right to market “Bumblebee” toys.*The suit claimed that the DC “Bumblebee” character (A teenage girl with the ability to shrink) could easily be confused with our beloved yellow Autobot “Bumblebee”.
