actually illegal to raise the price on a paid or partially paid pre-order. a purchase is a contract and unilaterally changing the terms mid way through a contract is a no no

not sure how it works on unpaid/no-deposit preorders. if there is no exchange of consideration then i dont think a contract was formed, more like a broken promise and there's no law on broken promises

Funny I picked up my galvatron in store at EB two weeks ago. They should be shipping.

I received my galvatron from ebgames on July 7th, they don't have the fixed shoulders but that doesn't really bother me. Still waiting for my slag and wreckgar to ship.
