I believe you're thinking of Scavenger. Scrapper isn't out yet.
Mine were also cancelled.

It's entirely possible they just may not be getting their shipment at all, as opposed to not having enough.

For the shipment thing, they've been doing this for many months now where you preorder something, and they just straight up cancel it on you. If they really don't have the items yet, they should just leave the preorder open instead of canceling them.
Walmart might be the only go to for now for any of the Studio series figures (and maybe TRU).

My Scrapper on Amazon was cancelled as well...Only place I can find it that isn't sold out is Hasbro Pulse ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
