Wingspan Wing Defect
So my kid noticed this the other day. The wing tip is the same on both sides.
Has anyone else run into this issue with their clone pack?
Any suggestions on what to do?

Re: Wingspan Wing Defect
Can't tell without looking at other side of wings but could be just an assembly error. If it's held together with a pin, just knock the pin out and flip the wing.

Tried that, unfortunately the back of the wing is blue and has no detail. (thanks though, good thought.)
I spoke with Hasbro and unfortunately they don't have replacement parts. (They were really good to deal with though.)

Don't be fooled by their "politeness." They usually agreed to send replacement without asking for the old figure being shipped back, under one crucial condition: if they have the same figure in stock. But they never had what you wanted in stock. And the waiting can be a few months to half a year, or even forever if you don't poke them with emails anymore. In the end, they will send you some star wars crap that nobody wanted.

Re: Wingspan Wing Defect
I just discovered I have a slightly different but related issue. My Cloudraker has two left shoulders that makes his arms sit funny in vehicle mode. It's a easy enough fix. It's a ball jointed piece so I just have to pop out the right forearm and incorrect shoulder and pop on the right shoulder and forearm back on. The problem is finding another right shoulder.
Is there anyone out there with a Cloudraker or Fastclash (they share the same shoulder piece) with two right shoulders? I'll trade you for a left shoulder.

Re: Wingspan Wing Defect
Did you get it in the last 30 days from EB? If yes and you have your receipt, then they should exchange it in a store that has stock.
You can use the 6 digit SKU in-store they can check live stock numbers. (The online checker is not working because the item is not available online.)
If no receipt or past 30 days, then my only recommendation is buy a new one from EB, and return the QA problem one back to them in that new box.
But that's a lot of work, so you may want to just keep it?
I see you're in Calgary, but don't recall which EBs have stock, except I know the 130th Ave SE store has a jankey set without a tray liner (because it was already returned). So you probably don't want that one.

Wow, some might say that is tough luck. You sure could change it, but is it worth it, If it was unusable, I could see it, otherwise, I would likely leave it.

Re: Wingspan Wing Defect
I got it off eBay unfortunately. Thought about the buy another and swap it then return but Karma would bite me on that one. (Don’t want someone else to end up with it)
I keep it in robot for most of the time so It’s not the end of the world. Guess I was looking at it like SleeplessKnight and his cloudracker. Maybe someone out there has the opposite problem and we could switch tips :P
