Re: ROTF Bludgeon and his orange brakeable hands.

I haven't had problems with the hands, just the legs. They refuse to stay together.

I had 9 Lockdown's go to town kicking Bludgeon's butt and the only parts that survived, WERE his hands.

Re: ROTF Bludgeon and his orange brakeable hands.

I just don't want to take the risk of that happening, it mostly happens when you apply to much force.

i need to file bludgeon's hands to make the hands wider because it won't apply that much force.

Re: ROTF Bludgeon and his orange brakeable hands.

for this type of thing.... there's really no way to apply "too much force. Wether you're pushing in the sword slowly or not, the plastic stretches the same amount. so, if you don't apply force, it'll never get in there. He might have had a defect one where the seem line was too big and made the hand wider than intended.

I don't know.. either way, it's no need for concern. it's the first report of this, so there's really no need to worry.

I don't have any problems with my Bludgeon, but here's something to think about. If you file down the hands, it weakens the plastic and may cause it to break too. It'd probably be better to file down the sword handles. If you're so worried about bludgeon breaking, get a second one and keep him MISB and it won't matter if the first one breaks. You'll always have a perfect one.

Re: ROTF Bludgeon and his orange brakeable hands.

maybe this guy was an idiot and handled his toy wrong.

Just because one person involved in one isolated issue has it happen doesn't mean all of the ROTF Bludgeons sold will fracture their sword hands as well.

If anything, only issue I've had with mine is his head's tendency to require a lot of force to slide into the body cavity.
