Unfortunately, it seems your batch number doesn't guarantee this. I have the same one, and neither hip ratchet will turn with a reasonable amount of force. I don't dare try to turn harder.

At the moment I have both ratchets in pieces. Compressing the springs for 15 minutes hasn't fixed the issue, so I'm figuring out what next step to try. Possibly going to go with a ton of lubricant.

Tail joint too? It's supposed to do 2 different clicks (retracted and extended). A lot of units have a problem with the tail just doing one loud click at the beginning and slightly sagging under the weight.

^^^ this video tutorial will fix it perfectly. Worked for mine (took me ~10min.). The cool thing is that when you rotate the hips after the fix, it now turns without having to use much force, yet still maintains that nice clickity/ratcheting sound.

Thanks! I was I had seen this earlier. Still, I managed to fix mine by putting in three layers of thin malleable plastic between the ratchet parts. Worked a little too well. I think I'll have to open them up again and remove a layer.

But... I didn't learn about the tail until it was too late last night. Definitely an issue on mine. Likely already stressed, if not broken. So I'll have to open the tail up and see if I can still perform the suggested fix.

My biggest problem, though, is that a whole side panel won't tab into place. As soon as I touch the figure in dino mode, it starts opening up, which ruins the balance of the legs. I have to figure out how to get the the T-shaped purple tab in lock in, and I haven't found any other report of a similar issue.

This many issues on such an expensive figure is downright ridiculous.
