My son did this to mine by accident. All I did was take a plastic push pin, break off the head, then slide it into the broken peg with some super glue. Pretty easy to do as the peg already has a hole down the center of it.

No problem since, and it's been several months.

A few more were back in stock. Ordered my first Devy! Very excited to pick him up at these prices! Now if only they could get the Combaticons on shelves in NS.

Looks like we'll need a list of Bewares for Devastator...I'd hate to risk breakage on something I've waited this long for, and the price tag to boot.

Was your peg completely broken, or just heavily stressed/bent like mine? Mine is still holding itself together, although there's a lot of white, and I remember seeing it begin to separate. It's fine-ish still because I've become wary of ruining it.

Would you have a picture you could take of that spot? I'm curious whether the metal of the push pin would even allow room for the super glue to get inside that hollow space and bond everything together.

I can make that in a separate thread I guess. I've seen potential issues mentioned online, and am noticing things on mine as I transform him back and forth.

Completely broken. The hole in the peg goes pretty far so I got glue packed in beyond the pin. then the small head on the pin sticks out. I think the break actually made the repair easier, too.

I'll post a pic when I'm home from work, maybe that will explain better. Pretty sick today and I'm fairly certain I'm completely incapable of forming coherent sentences right now.

Re: Devastator and Platinum Seekers on Clearance

Sorry, phone pic. Did my best. The pin is about double the length of the peg.
