Re: Post your questions for the Hasbro Transformers Q&A

Were larger toys ever planned for ROTF Springer (Legends) and Rollbar (RPM)?

Who did you first have in mind for the mold shared by Tracks and Wheeljack. A lot of fans think that Wheeljack came first and Tracks was the second choice.

And then again a few years later at plain ol' retail...

Speaking of which... what's the deal with releasing Thundercracker in Generations after making the exact same figure a Botcon Exclusive?

The Powercore Combiners are a great concept (who doesn't love Transformers that combine?) but the 5-pack drones are lacking in quality and, darn it, there are no elbow joints on the arms for nice poses. Have you considered doing the Combiners like the G1 Devastator where each fully transformable figure was sold individually (like the 2-packs) and had a foot or hand accessory depending on the limb it was destined to be? I would honestly be much happier spending $12.99 each on 5 different combining Commanders than $24.99 on 1 Commander with 4 drones.

There has been a lot of quality issues with RTS line...ie stress marks out of the package, what is being done to fix this problem with the newer wave of figures?

Keep in mind that all of the new products are coming out of a fairly newer location and for a much cheaper price.

My guess - nothing.
