Shipped April 26th via EMS and still no updates. Dejavu all over again.

Not sure what to make of this. This is my latest update for the Registered SAL package containing Ratchet.

Based on how long Registered SAL packages have taken in the past I would of expected to see it dispatch inward office of exchange by now. I suspect the tracking updates are stuck but wonder if it could be held up in customs.

I am curious what others think is likely based on their experience.

Arrived yesterday! Two days earlier than originally indicated from Ages 3 and Up. Those guys ROCK!

And the figure itself is magnificent. Just a little snippy snip to the cross stickers for some show-accurate shoulders, and I am one happy camper.

I'm just hearing now about the shoulder thing on this mould. It's one way on my Ironhide and the other on Ratchet and neither of them bug me in robot mode. Is it really bugging people that much?

Well, yes and no. Functionally, it doesn't matter. In both assemblies the shoulder works fine, nothing impeding his articulation.

It's really only a visual thing, and looking at both it's pretty clear and obvious that it should have been assembled the way Ratchet's are.

The way I see it, here's the real issue: On a $100+ Masterpiece figure, this should not ever have happened, and I think that's the thing people are feeling more than anything. Takara's always been held to a very high QC standard in their MP figures, and rightfully so for this is supposed to be the best of the best line of TF figures.

Assembly errors DO happen, of course, and even on inexpensive figures they are definitely an annoyance. But on a MASTERPIECE figure? It's kind of embarrassing for Takara, especially since this is happening at the same time as their MP Ramjet QC issues.

when I transformed ironhide for the first time, i thought it was rather odd to have the ratchet showing when flipped around it looked better. Didn't think much of it since then until mp30 came out. I made the switch.

I have the same on my tracking. I would think it arrived in Vancouver already but it's waiting to be processed by Custom and Canada Post.

Should I send them doughnuts?
