No, apparently complaints have been made to the mods on numerous occasions. This directly from GMfan.
And maybe I'm wrong... but I wouldn't be surprised if the complaints come from people who never post in that thread or contribute themselves. Damn lurking nobodies!

On a totally different issue, I finally snagged my PRID Bulkhead. He's not
baaaaaad... there are things I like about him (though I'm puzzled by his painted-over side windows for sure)... but holy crap is he
small! Wow. If I stand him next to ANY other Voyager that I previously considered to be a bit on the small side, he's smaller still. It's kind of pathetic. Without a doubt FE Bulkhead is way, way, way better!
I do like the little piledriver weapon he comes with. I didn't know about that, so it was a nice surprise. Now I just need to get a second one from someone else, and I can stick them on a Rumble custom.
