It's hard to find other Dr. Who fans!
This Saturday Space will be airing the season finale as well as a live televised chat afterwards, which I will be attending.
I was able to request up to 4 tickets and I couldn't find ANYONE to go with me. Not even my wife or my best friend!
Is there anyone else here who likes this show, or is it just me?

I watched an episode last night. Does that count?
I've just recently been trying to get into it, but I never seem to know when the episodes air or at what point they are in the story.

Re: It's hard to find other Dr. Who fans!
Been a Dr Who fan since Tom Baker. I think for some, they don't "get" the British brand of stuff. Haven't had the chance to check out the latest season. I usually let the whole thing play out then watch the whole thing in a week or two, but I've been getting mixed reports on the new Dr.
Slightly off topic... any Red Dwarf fans?

Re: It's hard to find other Dr. Who fans!
Space airs Dr. Who Mon - Thurs @ 8, we've just began the run with the 10th Dr. and Martha Jones. The current season airs Saturday nights @ 9. And recently they've been airing the Christmas specials right after the new eps on Saturdays.

I was apprehensive about the new Dr., I was very attached to 10, I really liked him, but the new Dr. is really good.
I used to watch Red Dwarf years ago. I liked it, but I haven't seen it in a very long time.

Yeah, David Tennat was pretty good. To me he defines the new series. I was pretty sceptical about the new doctor, but I guess it's one of those things, just like real life, change has to happen and a guy/gal has to give new Dr Who a chance.
I've been contemplating trying to watch all twenty plus season of Dr Who from begining to end, but the enormity of the task seems a bit crazy... maybe one day...haha
