Titans Return Deluxe Brainstorm to be a Walgreens exclusive?

As a part of the Titans Return line, we’re getting all four of the classic Generation 1 Headmasters in the Deluxe size class. Some commented on how we’ve already had a Voyager version of Brainstorm, when the news came that he too would get a new toy. It seems the answer to that question is that in the US Brainstorm is going to be an exclusive. Great. Hopefully, he'll get released at regular retail in Canada. I don't want to pay scalper prices for him and if I can't easily get the main cast from Rebirth, I may just skip the whole Titan Masters line. Time will tell I guess.

That's bullshit, I am so sick of these Walgreen exclusive figures and the people that scalp them. Making a mainline character like brainstorm an exclusive is garbage.

Unfortunate, but not too heartbroken if it's true. FP's Smart Robin is still a terrific version of this character.

I don't have any real difficulty obtaining Hasbro stuff and won't here but seriously this is just kinda dumb. I guess we knew since he hasn't been discussed in any of the case assortments though.

There will always be the takara version. It sucks that all north American brainstorm releases are exclusives to sdcc or crappy Walgreen, and Walgreens have horrible distribution and are scalped hard core to collectors up here...remember agent venom for $60 canadian or that Boba fett for the same price?

True but the Takara will likely be without the faceplate. That's probably OK for most people wanting a G1 animation collection though. Still debating if I want face plates or anime heads personally... Probably just get domestic and save money
