ToysRus.ca Broken?

I ordered a couple of TF's last week, and i find out that one of them never shipped. it said it was in stock but nothing, i only got charged half the amount.

has anyone else had a problem with the site saying there is stock but there really isnt?

I'd love it if it actually had the TFs I wanted to buy. I've had no problems ordering or anything like that (two MPs).
