Custom Bruticus

hi!i'm in progress of making a custom bruticus.i will post pics during production.but first i need to find out what figures i'm gonna use.i'm gonna use universe onslaught(duh) i'm gonna customize a movie blackout for vortex.i'm using animated swindle for swindle i might paint cybertron hardtop for swindle but he's a little small.i might use classics deluxe g2 megaton for brawl.if i can get an extra.and blast-off i'm not exacly sure.i don't have any spaceshuttleformers so thats gonna be hard.any suggestions?oh and if someone has an extra classics deluxe g2 megs please PM me if you wan't to make a deal.

if you're going to use Hardtop... just get the Cybertron repaint into Swindle.

Classics Astrotrain might work for Blastoff, but it might be cost prohibitive right now. It would be for me

for blastoff,can you find a donor classics astrotrain?if not,have you thought about finding/using a gobots "super spay-c"?also,maybe look into classics hound as swindle.he should be pretty much in scale with what you're trying to do but not as small as cyb.swindle.plus,hound is readily available at most stores now.

Hound is still not seen very often here in the Maritimes, or for that matter the rest of his wave or beyond!!

like i said i don't have any spaceshuttleformers.also i don't have any gobots so blastoff is gonna be hard.unless someone can sell me one?and hound is pretty hard to find here.but if i find him i will use him for sure!

i don't know how to connect them either so its gonna take a while.i tried using LEGO but it was too unsterdy. but i'm also planning on building the triangular chest piece out of LEGO.

EDIT:i'm going to glue LEGO knights kingdom to the insides of universe onslaught but i don't want to glue the other end to swindle/brawl cause i want them to be able to seperate into induviduale combaticons.so how would i connect the LEGO pieces onto brawl/swindle for the legs that it can stay sturdy and i can take them off?

Bionicle joints, Exoforce or big "Knight's Kingdom" ratcheting joints, or neoshifters tend the be the connectors of choice.

UPDATE: well since hound is SOOO hard to find here i'm gonna use animated swindle for now.and since i don't have any bots who turn into space shuttle's i think i'm gonna use universe octane or some plane for blastoff.i'm using movie leader class prime arms for his arms.i would post pics but my camera battery JUST died and i can't find the charger so once i find it i'll post pics.

hmmmm never thought about that. but bionicle joints would be floppy with all the weight wouldn't they?
