Yeah, I got mine too around the early Oct. time frame.

If you paid by installments check your subscription account to see if there is any invoice for the last shipment. Their system must has a flaws. It happened to me earlier too for this year v2.0 subscription - somehow they failed to charge my installment payments. I have to call them, explained the situation, gave them my credit card info to pay for the stuffs, and they manually charged my card and sent out the figures.
