Would anyone know how to get to the hotel via Mississauga Transit?

if you can get onto the Milton GO Train and Bus at Union, you're golden
just need to get off at Millcreek and Millrace Ct. /Erin Mills

Square One, and yes by mississauga transit. I asked the terminal workers and they suggested I take the 9 Meadowvale Town Centre, then the 42 to Argentra..

Just as an added note, Google Maps does offer directions via public transit.
