He's been announced as an Entertainment Earth exclusive for some time, I'm with wervenom, haven't seen any reports of him as a WalMart exclusive.

That said, I'm unsurprised and also pleased that he won't be impossible to obtain for those who like him.

I just received an email from Walmart saying that "they are unable to fill my order" for Lio Kaiser but they are "attempting to secure more stock from the suplier."
Major bummer as I was thrilled that I wouldn't have to pay for duty charges by ordering from the U.S.

I just placed another order for the one online now, if that one gets cancelled then be it. IF it does get delivered too, i will just return on back to the store. Don't want to miss out.

I thought these were a pre order because the figure would not be realeased until the 14. Maybe there system was set to take the order accidentally oppose to it being a pre order that's why they could not deliver befor the 14. Has anyone actually received one yet?
