well I just checked my local walmart tonight and the ROTF deluxes scanned at 15.92 
now I have to go back tomorrow...

There was something on the news about Walmart dropping their prices on a bunch of their toys to $10 for the holiday season. So we will probably see them stay at $10 til or after Xmas.

Cambridge Wal~Mart had the sale on this morning. No signs up or anything but they do scan at the sale price.
