G1 DVD, is it worth selling?
Hi folks
I have the entire G1 DVD from Rhino, all 5 boxset. I remember a time when the set was selling around 400$+ on eBay, but that was some time ago.
I don't think I'll watch them again, so can I sell those for a good price? Or should I wait until the next movie, maybe more people will be interested in the original.
Your help is appreciated.

I think they usually go for around $60 each nowadays; still a helluva deal considering they were closer to $100 CDN each when they were released if I'm not mistaken.

i don't think the G1 are going anywhere price wise, even if the new movie does come out. Most of us either already have it or downloaded off the file sharing.

At 60$ it's not that bad. And I know about the Chinese bootleg and the DIVX version, but there is nothing like the original one.

If you're willing to break up your set I'm interested in your Season 3 Part 1 and Season 3 Part 2/Season 4.

Never seen the the boxsets going for $60. Always closer to $100.
I own the chinese version of all 4 seasons + movie in a wooden boxset. It was $35 shipped. Image quality is the same as the Rhino ones.

What's the difference content wise? Subtitles? Language?

It's been over a two months since I was tracking them on eBay, but the Rhino sets were individually going for around the $60 mark. The Chinese version seems to be way to go if you don't really care to much about the extra stuff (cels, other little giveaways) that came with the Rhino sets.
