An episode of Undergrads had some type of Mathalete type game show episode, and their team was called the Decepticons. They dressed up a donkey like Megatron to be their mascot.
Also in Undergrads, the episode where Gimpy had his minions vandalizing school property as "G-Prime", he pretended to not know what his name was by saying, "What's his name? Optimus Prime?"

During "Night At The Museum" Ben Stiller's character flippantly calls a miniature Roman Centurion "Optimus".
The mini-Roman soldier promptly corrects him, exclaiming "Octavius!!!"

I remember once seeing on CNN a deluxe Bonecrusher at my parent's place. The guy was actually explaining to the anchor what that specific vehicle was for (mine removal) and showed her how it went about doing so. He didn't transform the toy though... BASTARD!!
