Care of Alfes2010 on Twitter, we have some in-hand images of the latest Masterpiece Transformer to share with you. MP-40 is Targetmaster Hot Rodimus – a redeco of the previous Masterpiece Hot Rodimus with different accessories and crucially his Targetmaster Firebolt, who is himself a redeco of the Offshoot Targetmaster included with the US release of the original MP-9 figure. Not digging the clear windshield or the white on his crotch but the gun and metallic colours look great.
Im hoping the chrome on his exhausts arent worn off straight outta the box like the first release.

And i really wished they had found someway to remold the top of the backpack to cover the gaps.
Still i love the mold.

I'm actually looking forward to getting this Hot Rod. When I heard they were releasing a Target Master version, I held off on getting the original.
