G1: Jetfire (well chipping), Skyhammer
G1 Japan: Black Zarak
G1 UK: Oh boy........Thunderclash, Skyquake, any Decepticons gun pegs
G2: Fireflight, Electro
G2 UK: Pyro
Beast Wars: Grimlock and TM Megatron
Just plain old challenging:
G1: None, but you can break a sweat transforming Fortress Maximus, it's like wrestling a small kid.
G2: None
Beast Wars: Mildly Tripredicus, maybe some Neo stuff
Beast Machines: None cept figuring out Mega Cheetor's head storage trick
RID: None cept Sideburn midly
Armada: Maybe Unicron the first time around
Universe 1.0: None
Energon: None
Alternators: Grimlock/Shockwave (Damn Mustang)
Cybertron: None
Classics/Universe 2.0: None
Movie 2007: Nothing really...... time consuming but not a problem
Movie 2009: Optimus Prime and Jetfire and then making Jet Prime
