This is a long shot but I figured this would be the best place to try. I'm kicking my butt over not picking up an MP Prime when they were released and as we all know, he's shot up ridiculously high.

Are there any local members that can do me a solid and sell me one for retail or know where to obtain one?

Came back from Action Figure Expo, Soundwave was SCALPED to the max over there. Tons of people had multiple for sale (even some fellow TFcon staff members) set at 180-220 bucks each and they were all flying out of the dealer room.............

......... so let this be an indication.

I -might- be going to the little toycon at the marriot in November. But that sucks about the Soundwave. Was it the Hasbro or Takara ones? At MTL ComicCon the Takaras were 180-200$ and the cassettes were between 50 to 75.

oh boy ! good luck with that... there wasnt one sold here in quebec and in the rest of the country, they were flying off the shelves....

i was VERY lucky to get a takara version for 220.00 about 6 months ago and was at that price because it was oppenned but other then that it,s 100% complete and the box is perfect...

there is a reissue of this guy in preorder everywhere but it costs ALLOT at retail...

cant believe there isnt a KO of this guy already done...

damn, at that point, might as well go for the takara one. Red visor all the way! Although it was selling for 120$+tx so that aint too bad

There's bound to be a reissue, whether its pricey or not is the question.... It's odd how an optimus can shoot up like that when there soo many different kinds, albeit not masterpiece....

I originally opened him up to steal his waist for my classics perceptor. Fucking thing had a square peg for waist. Bah. I need waist articulation for Perceptor. Waist articulation would go nicely on my Perceptor's foldable sniper rifle.
