Who is this figure

Hey all, Just joined this site. Need help with this guy. There are no marking that I can see on it. It's 9 inches tall. Click image for larger version

I think the best toy of the line was that 6-wheeled tank (overlooked the name). The change was quite one of a kind, as was the appearance of the robot. I wouldn't see any problems a redeco in more stealth hues in a future line, the Universe one was shabby.

Maybe you're thinking of Beast Machines Blastcharge or Strika ?

I'm trying to remember the name of this guy. He's green except for the top and the hood, and there's an engine sticking out of the hood.

Thank you kindly. I know all about this one except howb to get the other two figures so I can turn him into a camera. I googled him before I bought him because I bought two other Transformers from Wal-Mart and wound up returning them because you have to take them apart to transform them so they weren't normal. One was Brunt, and I don't remember what the other one was.
