Repaints & Minor Mods TFCon Charity Wrecker Hook (pic heavy)

Here he is, everyone's favorite obscure dimension hopping amnesiac!

Wrecker Hook was made using Generations Trailcutter as a base (only needed minimal painting) with the head and hook from Generations Hoist. I cobbled together his wrecking hook from a Man of Steele accessory and some bits and pieces that let it peg into his gun for vehicle storage.

All that really needed to be done was add some red paint on his legs and the truck mode's trim, and apply the flame decals (stock flame decals I found at a local shop that carries model kits and supplies) to his hood and what would be his shoulders and forearms.























I'm pretty pleased with how he turned out. I've never used water slide decals before and it was a stressful experience trying to get those things to cooperate. If you like what you see than he'll be available at the TFCon charity auction.

Thanks, bud. I omitted the yellow on and shoulders and the blue that the original Robot Masters version had because I was worried it might make him look too busy.

I think that looks awesome man! I would totally buy that in store if it was a real factory figure. Paint job looks amazing.
