Hardest Transformer to transform?

As a few have said, WFC Optimus. Cheap and still obtainable.
If I go a few months w/o transforming him I find myself struggling.

A buddy of mine came over recently (whom doesn't play/collect with TF's) and tried to to give it a go. He got it, 45mins later.

Thanks I was really hoping someone would mention this guy...bonus points if you get ALL 3 MODES.

But here are two not mentioned: Trans-Scanning Bumblebee and Trans-Scanning Prime WITHOUT the part forming. Near impossible, IMHO. The small parts, the strange orientation of everything...simply baffling.

I agree with mixmaster but easiest answer for me is mp megatron. He's the only fig I've never been able to transform. Thought he was going to break multiple times.

Agreed. I say put a Mixmaster down there.

He's doable without instructions, but it will take a long while and patience.
