No they are not Canadian prices.

It clearly states PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TO CANADA OR OVERSEAS.

It does not state that prices are in usd, this is a canadian site and prices are expected to be in Canadian unless marked. True that it says it doesn't include shipping but that does not state prices are in usd. We had issues at a Canadian convention where a usa seller charging usd but not telling the attendees and they didn't find out till they got their credit card bill and they fought the charges. You're pretty new here so I'm just trying to help here as this could be an issue with some buyers. It doesn't take much to post that all prices are in usd.
