Transformers Animated knockoff figures at Dollarama

Not sure if this should go in the sightings thread, but figured I'd post here.

Was at a Dollarama out in Ajax,ON the other day and spotted these.

$2 each. I didn't buy any, so not sure what the build/plastic quality is like.

Dolarama is a bit weird in what they import or put on shelf. I managed to grab a few legit Playmates Ninja Turtle 2012 figures for $3 a piece, which are still on shelf at TRU/Walmart for $8-$10 each.

The "not lockdown" is pretty cool. The only down side to the figure is the feet.

Maybe he got angry from his lack of paint apps.

I picked em up a couple weeks back. I think they are Kos of the activators? Line that used to have some or action spring in them? These dollarama figures have no spring and are made of super cheap plastic. The optimus and Bumblebee are the best imo. I repainted a prime just for fun. The bulkhead robot mode is sad, the starscream is OK but floppy. If I had a choice, I probably wouldn't rebuy cause they kinda suck.

To practice painting though... Who cares..
