"revoltech" style devs

No he does not transform:makeout:

This is my take on the Ptivstator... Originally for me, I wanted to just do a couple of ideas I have had for a long time to make him have a better..umm..beefier upper torso. I also did not like how all the devs I have seen have to stand with one foot out...So a lot of my ideas are corrected with this "test" run for when I build the constructicons.

So the new articualtion includes a chest rotation and up and down. I put the chest piece on a hinge to rotate up and down to allow for more posing. He is very stable and well balance! And of course...my battle beauty paint..

I still can't believe I am the first to add lights to him? I added new hands. I also replace the green piece of plastic in the crane with an aluminum rod.

If any of you guys want to post a picture to for me to try to pose devs in, post it in here!! I will see what I can do.

First time I saw this thread. I must say he does look mighty awesome so far! Interesting that you used leds to light up the Decepticon logo, however it might be a tad bright as you are lighting up his crotch pretty nicely as well. You might want to put a higher resistor on that led. Can wait to see him finished!

Re: "revoltech" style devs

How are the arms and legs connected? I still need to find parts such as E. Demolisher, The main dude of Bruticus for mixmaster and Grindcore (wal-mart excl that I never saw in stores) Also what is his giant chest peice from? An oversized KO Dev?
I'd really like to see the body w/o his limbs just to see if I have the stuff to make one myself

I custom built the chest piece using classics jetfire wings, energon scorpanock, and some random zoid parts. I actually have the arms screwed on
