Nope, the last time we got him was as an odd repaint packed with a normal Vector Prime in the Cybertron line. The only time he was alone was in Japan for Galaxy Force.

I cannot wait to not find these on the shelves just like DS Starscream! Yay Zellers. Actually, I noticed the toy department was actually tidy and organized when I was there this weekend. Maybe the restock is nearing.
