Columpio problem

Hi I just opened my Columpio that I bought at TFCon and transformed him... and realized he has two right fists! Will FansProject help me out? Or is it A3U that sold it there? How do I get in touch with them and what can I do? Thanks!

Re: Columpio problem

I may be wrong, but I don't believe A3U were the actual sellers of Columpio, because I couldn't pay them (via credit card) for him, it had to be cash directly to the FP dude with glasses there.

That said, A3U may have his contact info. I thought I overheard that he is involved in the FansProjectCore online sites?

Yeah; A3U is probably your best bet to try getting in touch with. They run FPC and have some level of involvement with FansProject (note their booth is ALWAYS in tandem at TFcon)

That's Spencer he is with A3U - contact them, does their video reviews sometimes and I believe the other owners of A3U are all involved in FPCore. I'm sure they will assist you, just may have to wait a while for responses.

Re: Columpio problem

Ok I have emailed A3U and I have also PM'd them on this board. We'll see what response I get...
The guy called Spencer who was selling Columpio at TFCon said he is from Hong Kong and he does their sourcing... anyway we'll see how they handle this.

Re: Columpio problem

I don;t think A3U had anything to do with this figure other than helping FP sell a few.
It's not their exclusive.
They had the Kar Krash exclusive but Columpio was all FP.

It shouldn't be A3U's responsibility.

Seems like FP is pretty good about this kind of stuff though.

Good luck.

Does the hand swivel? Can't you just twist it the opposite direction? Just asking....
