Resident Evil is apparently racist...

I read that the Resident Evil 5 game is racist in the newspaper this morning and almost burst out laughing!!

The premise is that you're shipped out to Africa to investigate a bio-etrrrorism situation (or something like that) and you end up righ smack in the middle of Zombieville... and this being Africa, most a black and a lot of them have traditional African attire.

Am I the only who finds this ridiculous? Not everything is about race anymore... anyway... my 2 cents.

I've noticed alot over the years, people are way too quick to hit the racist button...or just don't understand the meaning of the word.

I made a reference once to immigrants who came to Canada during the early 1900's with almost nothing to their name...and was branded a racist...which is weird...cause I never knew "immigrants" were a race LOL

Stuff like that...it's stupid if you ask me.

So... people are complaining about Black zombies (God forbid a virus infects the people LIVING where it was released... every other RE game had white zombies, correct? omg, cracker zombies!)

Yet... There are no complaints about the DS game I saw yesterday "Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars"
Whoever is accusing games of being racist needs their heads checked. GTA:CW is JUST as racist (Read: not at all racist) as RE5.
People need to do their research. They either need to complain about all games that are race specific in any way, therefor boosting sales (haha!) or just shut up and go back into their hole.

Gotta love people and their uninformed racist claims.
