My sister had ordered a few early Xmas presents the other week for her little feral ones. Even when she got a shipping notification in her email the TRU login still showed “Processing.” ... I believe it stayed that way up until the day she received the items (said 5-7 business days, came in 2).
However, I wasnt able to find a tracking # of sorts, nor even a clickable tracking area when I was helping her figure things out on the TRU login itself. The only way that we found it was from the email.

Overall I can't really complain about the new site. I did an order and it arrived quickly. So overall it is great, but I really wish they would allow PayPal payments again.

Almost a full business week later it still just sits at processing. No shipping email.

Update!
Still “Processing”.
At this point I’ve given up that I’ll get the figure (Siege Leader Ultra Magnus, showed as In Stock when I ordered him on Sept 21). But I know if I call to inquire they will just shrug and cancel it with a half-hearted “oops, must be a problem in the system”.
I haven’t been charged and will monitor for any charge from them, but otherwise I’m just going to see if they ever notice this order just processing forever.

Hey, I received an email reply from them!
They forwarded my multiple technical issues to their tech team (whoever that is?).
Also interesting... 'they are still running updates to fully load "My Accounts" and all their information'. Yikes!

I placed an order during the 20% sale, it shipped the next day, and I received it a couple of days later. On my account, that order still shows as PROCESSING. :P

Oh gosh...that doesn't look good on Toys R Us Canada.
I think the majority of us here in this community are cheering for them to continue to do well and stay in business.
They did still charge your credit card for that order?

I'm figuring a credit card charge and/or shipping email would be my real indicator of movement but so far nothing. Ah well.
That said, I will not rely on their website for any presents this coming xmas. Too risky in my personal opinion.
