Re: Generations Drift Reviews

Love Drift! Picked up 2.
Have to say his feet are my only dislike. +1 to the lack of feet articulation. There's only so many dynamic poses you can put him in. I don't mind the gap that you get if you put him in some poses but a ball jointed ankle would be awesome...

I love the fact that he looks like a drift car. Sorta seems like he would fit in with the 'Red Suns' from Initial D. I also love the three blades as well. Seeing how I love Samurai's his Wakizashi's are just soooo awesome!

Re: Generations Drift Reviews

I picked up Drift today as well at the Kitchener Toys R Us. It was difficult for me to transform, likely due to the fact that I haven't touched a transforming toy years and it difficult to get the first stages done even with the instructions. All good afterward though.

The best thing about him: I love how accurate his robot mode is to how he appears in the comics. What's not to love about a samurai Autobot? Not too shabby for my first TF toy purchase.

nice first purchase maxanda, he's one of my favs from the recent classics figures (favorite up to wave 5 actually. might change with tracks, jazz, wheeljack, scourge, etc)

Re: Generations Drift Reviews

Is there color variation on this fig? Saw one at RCSS yesterday and I swear it was way whiter than the milky ones I picked up at Walmart last year.

I also noticed that the United one is BRIGHT white...looks spiffier, IMHO...

Re: Generations Drift Reviews

Drift Generations it also my favorite TF probably of all time
bot and car mode looks just awesome
would love to get a United version but is it worth the extra $?
maybe I will just get another Generation so I can have one it bot mode and one in car mode all the time
I'm playing with it and transforming it so much it's wearing out
