Re: MP11 Masterpiece Starscream?
On the plus side, it looks great and is an improvement.
On the downside, I've got Hasbro MP Skywarp and MP Ghost Starscream.
I didn't get the iGear seekers because I decided I don't need a bunch of copies of this mold. This retool doesn't change my mind. It's not so much better that I feel compelled to drop that much cash on it.
If it makes it as a TRU exclusive, I might pick it up. But apart from that, I have no great desire unless I find an amazing deal.
MP Ultra Magnus would have made fans wet their pants (as well as weep for their wallets) and MP Galvatron would be all kinds of awesome. Instead, we get yet another MP Retread.

Re: MP11 Masterpiece Starscream?
I already have the Takara original, the Hasbro version and Ghost Starscream. And I will be getting this too. The improvements and G1 colours make it a must buy for me. This is the best version of my favourite transformer... I have no choice!

Re: MP11 Masterpiece Starscream?
Sorry to bring up old threads, but I hate making new ones for existing items.
I never knew about the MP line of TF back when MP11 was released. Only catching on now and days. Anyways, I am really liking the line and StarScream was always one of my love to hate characters. Now that time has passed do you think $200 bones for this figure is too much?
Do they sell them at the expos or TFCON shows, and if so how much.
Thanks for any help.
Cheers

The MP-11 Starscream has only been released by Takara at the moment. $200 on the aftermarket for that guy is probably a fair price but I'm waiting for Hasbro to release it. Unfortunately we got Thundercracker from Hasbro first but they probably figured he would sell better considering the number of MP Starscreams already out there.

Yes, I was kind of worried about that too. Hasbro, great as they are seem to be more focused on Kids (as they should) then collectors in Canada/US. By looking at the releases so far to date they seem to be lacking and no guarantee that they will ever release what is created for the Japan market.
I am always worried that price will continue to go up and availability will go down the longer I wait.
Thanks for the feedback.

Ok, then that doesn't sound too bad at all.
Thanks Brr-icy. It helps a lot.
Now to get it under the radar of the wifey.
I am thinking buy first and then ask forgiveness route is in order.
Cheers
