TRU.com does store pick up to any TRU location in the US I thought. Why not Canada. I do it with books from Chapters. Only reason I prefer Chapters to Amazon now. Extremely convenient.

I got mine today at it's in great condition, surprisingly they sent it in the Hasbro shipping box as opposed to loose in a larger flimsy box as they have in the past.

Got mine today in pristine shape. Man I love this figure but I really wish he came with Spike like the original release!

Got mine last night, the Optimus Prime box was inside another massive box that was easily 4 times as big. Luckily the box that held prime wasn't too damaged.

These little guys really completed my MP10, effectively turning Optimus into the coolest Human Alliance toy ever. They are a pinch too big scale-wise but they sit in the cab nicely. Spike usually pilots Roller while Sparkplug mans the repair drone. Keep in mind you can't close the canopy on the drone when one of these guys are in it but it's no biggie.

Got mine in the mail yesterday.
same as most. The box just loose in a bigger box. Its in good shape other the 1 side of the box has a warp / wave in it. Only way I can describe it and the plastic piece that sits on primes chest is cracked in a few places.

product box damaged on 5 corners (small tears), the outerbox was crushed on one side with a hole in it. figure is fine.
selling this one at cost or returning it.
