Well the Azzurri have lost, very disappointed... there were a lot of bad calls from the ref and sloppy playing from the Italians but in the end they gave it their all.

Both Sweet Sixteen games on Saturday will feature 2 South American teams assuming Columbia wins their group. Brazil vs. Chile and Columbia vs. Uruguay.

Don't forget Wales...

It's really too bad footballers like Ryan Giggs and Gareth Bales will never get to play in a major international tournaments.

I believe they forgot to add this condition to their decision:

"Upon returning from the ban, the player is required to wear a restrictive mouth guard while participating in any match."
