so i havent gotten a chance to play with it until now since i dont have a hosehead body.
but my question is, are the G1 headmaster connector abit too big for hosehead's G1 junior headmaster slot? i have a hard time plugging the heads in, and once i did, its almost impossible to pull the connect out if lets say i want to transform the body to truck mode
i had to pull the connector out by brute force using a pair of pliers, fortunately nothing looks damaged, but i was wondering if any of you guys have similar issues. protoman?
I don't have Garrison, but I have other Headrobots sets, and no problem with them. Is the Garrison adapter different from the Stronghold one? Does it read different numbers? I think the Stronghold one reads out Hardhead numbers, which are lower than Grand Max numbers.
The Junkion Blacksmith Headmasters are sometimes a tight fit though!
i dont have much g1 heads to test with (and dont want to open my G1 C-114 or scorponok from their coffins), i just tried the hosehead body with last-last year's exclusive toxin and stronghold
stronghold's G1 head connector, like garrison's, is pretty tight and need force to pull out. toxin, however, is much easier. i guess it has to do with the headrobot's G1 connector mold being too thick for the G1 junior headmaster bodies....
its a good fit, but just a bit too tight. i guess i can help loosen the headmaster "port/clamp" on hosehead's body by repeating plugging in and unplugging toxin's head....
