Did Peter Cullen voice He-Man Commercials?

I was watching this for lols and around the 2:55 mark the narrator sounds ALOT like Prime for most of the commercials afterwards .Does anyone know if Peter Cullen voiced the commercials or just a very good sound alike?

Some of those commercials really sound like his voice. He did voice the opening of the 80's Voltron so it's highly probable he did the commercials too.

I wouldn't be surprised if it really was him. Even Peter Cullen himself admits there are numerous pieces of smaller work that he doesn't remember doing after such a long career.
