Ordered from them a few times, no problems. I also find sometimes things end up cheaper than ordering from North American retailers; a buddy and I once ordered a case of RTS wave 1 deluxes plus 2 each of RTS Lugnut and Grapple, it actually ended up cheaper than my preorder for the same at TFSource after shipping (not always the case, just this time). Haven't seen the freebies that others have, but I don't expect to.
Plus, even the basic shipping is surprisingly fast -- usually at my doorstep in roughly a week or so.
