<< this is a great idea!! I'm contacting Hasbro and telling them my "American" Metroplex won't make any sounds. Hopefully I can get the US board!!

Yes, because Hasbro was hoping to have to spend more money to make two different versions of the same toy! Blame the government regulations, not the company abiding by them.

For those of you that intend on contacting Hasbro and claiming a junk circuit board be sure to have the American UPC and other information like where you bought it...not that I am endorsing this in any way.
