"OK so I wanted to talk to you guys about (how disappointing LegEvo Breakdown is), and let you know that I get it, I feel the same way, but also it's my job to shill this sh*t, so look how cool all these features are! etc etc"

With that said, I'm clearly still getting it - just a shame I guess
It's too bad the new Stunticons peaked right away w/ Dragstrip

also LOL "the spoiler is an axe!!! so cool and evolution 'gimmick'"
f*ck off, it's a detachable spoiler
It's like putting a motorcycle's sidecar on a pole "look at this sweet cudgel"

I mean, Mark clearly DOES feel the same way even as he is putting a brave face on. I ain't gonna shit on the designers for sharing some of these helpful pieces of info, and their own disappointment.

Absolutely absurd to me that the initial plan was a STRAIGHT redeco of Wildrider (new head), and even pushing Breakdown to Evolution only let them have a few new pieces not a full new tool.

I put the math on TFW as well but this combiner is 300 bucks canadian (give or take tax).

Part of the problem with these figures is from their basic design to begin with. The bottom of the car chest is the worst way to do a car transformer and usually results in very bland transformation schemes.

Great point. The OG stunticons were "stand the car up." Same with Aerialbots. Generally all SC style combiner limbs were "stand the vehicle mode on it's butt and extend," but the stunticons and aerialbots have the least alt-mode variety in general.

It's one criticism of CW I never quite understood. "The aerialbots are all basically the same toy!" Well, yes. If you want them to be G1 styled toy or toon, that's... what is going to happen. Unless you overengineer multiple conversion schemes for no reason other than overcomplicating things, on toys that effective have to be 3.5 changers already.
