Granted, but there are lots of bigass military vehicles they COULD have chosen from, at least.

I'm not saying that vehicle itself isn't suitable or fine for some character in the film, but why pick a name that is so well known to fans and then stick it on a totally 'off' vehicle mode? Just sayin, a new character name would have been just as good without the fans having conversations like this.

Well at least he's not called Hoist and a decepticon.

Granted he isn't a military based vehicle I know but it could have been a lot worse.

He does somewhat resemble his orig alt mode, minus the cannons, and at least he is the right size, big and beefy.

.

There must be other reasons ($) they used a tow truck though and not any of these, maybe the sight of a rocket laching truck trundling down the street might cause a bit of panic. Also I don't think you can rent them for a movie to easily.

Any of these would have been fine, but too late now.

Semser (Israel / Kazakhstan)

Bereg (Russia)

Archer (Sweden)

or if you want the new style onslaught

HEMTT

Altough the American one is a bit small

M142 HIMARS

We now return to your regulary scheduled MB hating

Lemme explain myself a lil further: I'm expecting the alt-mode's two bigass stacks will stick up from his back. If they made him self-propelled arty, he couldn't have two of them, just one. If he's got the back-pipes, this alt mode will be worth it; if not, then yeah, I'd have to agree.

Re: Transformers: The Last Knight ? Decepticon Onslaught Revealed

Hm... they couldn't have just called him Motormaster?

Perhaps the Motormaster name copyright is more problematic... I always wondered if Canadian Tire's "Motomaster" in-house line of tools presented any problems for Hasbro... they *did* have to switch to "Motorbreath" for a few years there...

Feh... at least the colour is relatively suitable for Onslaught... and the overall silhouette of an elongated, imposing ground vehicle is mostly retained... now they just need to cast an actor who can portray him as a condescending intellectual with a penchant for random bursts of brutality...

... am not holding my breath on that score...

^ I will upset/disappointed also if he doesn't have his 2 large back pipes/guns (or in this case hook booms) in Bot mode, THAT IS HIS LOOK/THING, also need it for Bruticus

It would be like Kup without his cy-gar... oh wait MB already did that, he gave it to Bulkhead

I guess we will have to wait. .....come on MB give us the STACKS!!!!

If he looked like this I would be happy too!

With all that said I'm still ok with his Alt mode, as long as we get those stacks(as scrap said)
