Is it safe to assume this is for the Voyager class figures?

It also mentions something called "All Star Ultra Optimus Prime 474320"

Yep, SKUs match. It's referring to the Movie Trilogy Deluxe Prime with Trailer.

So is this a specific sale for the individual item or does it cover all the Voyager class based items? Such as Reveal the Shield etc items. I know that Unicron is still on sale after the last event. Will that be over as well?

Gotta love it when they screw up the photos on the flyer. I think the last time I saw something like this, they had put an old picture as a placeholder when they were designing the flyer, then forgot to switch it out before it got finalized and went to print.

we have at least a dozen at each and every store around here. And I may not know much about TFs but i'm pretty sure that picture is not All Star Ultra Optimus Prime....
