Taking the launcher apart would be tricky... There is one screw holding it, but it has a red cap glued onto the front that also holds the 2 halves together.

I am not opposed to gluing the missile in, but... whenever I move, I'll be putting it back in it's box (I keep G1 boxes, re-issue and original, I don't keep modern mainline boxes) And... if I glue the missile in, that would be difficult... Not that I'll be moving anytime soon. But it is an eventual truth. (once I can afford a house...)

hi man.easy solution for you with minimal modding.take a piece of either electric tape or masking(don't use scotch or clear tape!!!)and wrap it around the post of the missile until it's a nice and snug fit in the hole.just dont over do the tape or it'll be a total p.i.t.a. to push in/pull out.and,being that it's only on the post,only you will know it's even there
