Masterpiece Prowl

Just did a search on TRU.ca and masterpiece prowl is on the website. no preorder or release date yet but shows a price of 69.99. Also doesn't mention anything extra like the shoulder launchers, just says his blaster. here's the link
http://www.toysrus.ca/product/index....uctId=34383436

no sunstorm or grimlock yet, but does show the AOE grimlock 2 pack.

Re: Masterpiece Prowl

Thanks for the link. If he had been 40 - 50$, I may have considered picking up another one, but at 70$can + taxes, I'll pass. Love my Takara one though, so for anybody who doesn't have an MP Prowl in their collection, I highly recommend the figure.

OB

Re: Masterpiece Prowl

Same here, i already have the takara one and it was considerably cheaper, but it is an awesome mold, and maybe it will go on sale. but i wouldn't hold my breath.

Re: Masterpiece Prowl

40 would have been the most i would have paid for this figure. 70 dollars, no matter how awsome, is a pass for me.

Re: Masterpiece Prowl

I would have to agree... that's the price for a Seeker-sized figure. If this is just "Prowl" completely on his own then that's worse than scalper pricing. $79.99 for a 2-pack would be good but not a single.

Perhaps it's just placement pricing...

Re: Masterpiece Prowl

Maybe it's time for everyone to write TRU or Hasbro and tell them they're nuts to price it that high?

Re: Masterpiece Prowl

The cost is a reflection of the license fee from Nissan, so stop complaining and be glad it was released
