No the Takara Tomy Mall prices are usually cheaper but they are are usually Japanese exclusives and their website is in Japanese. I've never ordered from it because I can't read Japanese and I'm not tech savy enough to use a translation service. The other online retailers will get some of those exclusive items in but they will be sold at a mark up so that they can earn a profit.

I saw reviews for Hot Rod on YouTube and they both said the same, thing that MP Hot Rod has three issues. Issue 1: his upper body (chest) is too huge to support the rest of his body. Issue 2: he falls down a lot, he has hard time standing up. Issue 3: his back.
